Is it possible to have a food that would deduct more calories in the process of digestion rather than add some calories.
A negative-calorie food would by definition consume more calories, for the body to handle it and process it, than is contained in the nutrient content in the food.
Can the drinking of the cold water would burn more calories? Or whether can there be a food that can change our metabolism system itself?
The experts are claiming as it is today there is nothing like negative calories food.
The only solution is to burn calories more than that you take.
